Got the custard milk tea. The tea flavor is very strong, but custard not so much. Would come back to try a more tea forward option. They have a nice looking and smelling small shop, but the whole ordering experience was very subpar.

I had ordered the coconut purple rice taro milk at the Wan Po Tea shop in Millbrae and it was sooo good. So when I happened to be on the Stanford campus the other day, I made my way over to this location and was hoping to order the same beverage. Unfortunately, they were sold out of it, which was a bummer. So I ordered a matcha brown sugar milk tea. And though the beverage looked good, it was severely bland in flavor. The matcha was mostly watered down and there was very little brown sugar taste in general. Thr boba itself was fine — not too chewy and not soggy either. But overall, this was a very disappointing $9.78 beverage! Staff were not friendly — did not bother to greet as I walked in, and mind you, this is a very small shop. You would know when someone walks in and stands there to place their own order on the monitors. What’s so hard about saying, “Welcome! Thanks for coming in”?! If you want flavor, you better head to the Wan Po shop in Millbrae. Though customer service is lacking there as well.

We like the mango pomelo sago, lemon tea with aiyu jelly, and the milk teas - try the one with custard. The boba is consistently good texture (the "pearls" (smaller boba) are too small for my liking) and the flavors are solid.

The best bubble tea shop. Quality tea. Originally from Taiwan and very popular there because they use natural ingredients. Lots of non caffeinated drinks too. We love their taro milk and Aiyu jelly lemon tea (a traditional Taiwanese jelly made out of healthy Aiyu seed). My only complaint is their ordering system online. That stupid web based tool only allows for one topping. They really need to fix this.

Amazing boba that is made with all natural ingredients. The tea and milk are fresh as are the toppings. The customer service is non-existent as the staff don't even talk to you. Once you order the drink, they don't even check to make sure the correct customer takes the proper drinks so anyone can walk in and grab any drink off the counter. Very risky business model. They should be interacting with the customers more.
